As we are now entering barbecue season I thought I'd show you something a little different tonight and see what you thought of it. The barbecue count for our back garden so far this year is currently three (as in we've had three not we own three!) which isn't bad going considering it's still May. I hope we have many more over the next few months. Anyway, I was sitting in my garden with my camera, as you do, and decided to point it at the barbecue which had just been lit. I was pretty amazed by the result! I think this has captured the heat and the energy of the fire really well.

I have just been trying to photograph fire in our log burner at home and it's HARD! I guess because the fire is moving so quickly, you've captured it really well though.
